ACCESSIBILITY

The accessibility of our exhibitions and workshop areas for everyone is very important to us. We have ground-level access through the main entrance to all areas (all passage widths 180 cm) and a barrier-free accessible toilet (door width 92 cm). The upper floor of the toddler area is accessible by lift, and there is a stairlift in the animation studio. There are four disabled parking spaces in the MQ car park and wheelchairs are available to borrow free of charge from MQ Point. Certified assistance dogs are permitted.

SUGGESTIONS & FEEDBACK

We welcome suggestions from our visitors regarding sustainability and environmental performance, which can be sent to feedback@kindermuseum.at. We regularly evaluate the messages and take action where appropriate.
