Animated Film Studios

With the aid of unique media technology, children in teams can create their own animated film. They’ll invent characters and plots, create sounds and combine the analogue and digital worlds, in the process using and enhancing their social and creative skills. All of the animated films and sounds that have been produced by the children during their visits are digitally archived in the ZOOM Collection.

Animated Film Workshops

Together with other kids you’ll make up a story.
Running time:
  • 18. September 2021
    - 20. February 2022
You’ll draw and photograph the characters and locations, and then bring them to life in a short animated film. In the final phase of the workshop you can add sound to the movie with your voice. Afterwards, the medialab becomes a cinema and all the accompanying adults are invited for the big presentation.
